Lead and CRM conversions
A lead form submission tells a platform that someone filled in a form. It does not tell it whether the lead was any good. Lead and CRM conversions sends the later stages back, so campaigns optimize towards leads that qualified and closed rather than towards volume.
This is the reverse direction from Lead generation, which moves new leads out of the ad platform and into your CRM.

What to send
Section titled “What to send”Send the stage transitions that matter commercially, not every field change. A qualified lead, a booked appointment and a closed deal are all worth reporting. A note added to a record is not.
Each event needs the identifiers the lead was captured with, so the platform can tie it back to the original click. Where the lead came from a platform lead form, the platform lead ID is the strongest key you have.
How often data is pulled
Section titled “How often data is pulled”Signals pulls your CRM, file, database and warehouse sources frequently, so a stage change reaches your destinations without you triggering anything.
