    Do we need Meta business admin access?

    We need partner access to the pixel and the CAPI dataset, granted from your Meta Business Manager as a Meta Business Partner connection. That access is scoped to what setup and monitoring require, nothing broader, and you can revoke it from your Business Manager at any time without affecting the rest of your ad account.

    What EMQ score should we target?

    Most purchase events land between 6 and 8 out of 10 on Meta's Event Match Quality scale after setup, driven by hashed email, phone, and browser identifiers like fbp. Datahash baselines your current EMQ during discovery, before any changes, then reports the uplift per event after go-live so you can see exactly what improved and by how much.

    Does this work with our CMP?

    Yes. Signals reads consent flags directly from your CMP, including OneTrust and Cookiebot, before any event is sent to Meta. Events fire only for the purposes a visitor has actually permitted, whether that is analytics, marketing, or both, and a visitor who declines is excluded from server-side delivery the same way they are excluded from the pixel.

    How is billing handled with Meta directly?

    There is no Meta-side billing for CAPI itself; Meta does not charge separately for receiving server-side events. You pay Datahash for the integration, setup, and ongoing maintenance, while your Meta ad spend billing stays exactly as it is today, unaffected by adding Web CAPI on top of your existing Pixel.
