    CONNECTIONS / Pipedrive

Pipedrive + Datahash: turn deal stages into ad-platform signals.

Lead stages and customer records sit in Pipedrive while ad platforms optimize on form fills. Signals syncs qualified stages back to Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snap so campaigns learn what actually converts.

    WHAT FLOWS THROUGH PIPEDRIVE

The signal Pipedrive yields, and receives.

Every kind of signal that moves between Pipedrive and the platforms, through one hashed, deduplicated route.

    Offline conversions
A deal moving to a qualifying stage posts as a conversion event, so campaigns optimize on pipeline progress instead of the first form fill.
    Lead conversions
Won-deal and customer lists leave Pipedrive hashed and become scheduled audiences, with no CSV exported to anyone's laptop.
    Custom audiences
Click IDs captured on the record travel with each event, so a closed deal ties back to the exact click that started it.
    Lead generation inbound
Campaign lead submissions created as records in real time, deduped before creation.

    FAQ

    Pipedrive questions, answered.

    Do you support custom stages?

Yes. The visual mapper handles custom fields and multi-step pipelines, so any stage defined in Pipedrive can map to a platform event. You decide which stages count as conversions and which feed audiences, and the mapping can change later without a new integration, so an evolving sales process does not mean re-plumbing the connection.

How fast do stage changes deliver?

Delivery is near real time where the destination supports event triggers, and scheduled where it does not. A stage change in Pipedrive is read, hashed, and routed to each connected platform on that cadence, and the debugger shows per-destination match feedback so you can confirm a change actually landed rather than assuming it did.

Can we run two CRMs during a migration?

Yes. Signals can read Pipedrive and a second CRM at the same time and deduplicate on external ID, so a migration does not create double-counted conversions or split audiences. Both sources map to the same destination events, and once the migration completes you remove the old connection without touching the campaigns that depend on the feed.
