    CONNECTIONS / Active Campaign

ActiveCampaign + Datahash: turn automations into ad signals.

ActiveCampaign runs the lifecycle, from an opened email to a closed deal, while the ad platforms still see just the form fill. Signals reads contact and deal activity as it happens and routes the stages that matter to every connected destination.

    WHAT FLOWS THROUGH ACTIVE CAMPAIGN

The signal Active Campaign yields, and receives.

Every kind of signal that moves between Active Campaign and the platforms, through one hashed, deduplicated route.

What flows Every platform Offline conversions Lead conversions Custom audiences Lead generation Signals hash · dedupe· route Google Meta Snap TikTok LinkedIn OpenAI
    Offline conversions
A deal crossing into a qualifying pipeline stage posts as a conversion event, so bidding sees pipeline movement rather than just the original opt-in.
    Lead conversions
Tag and list membership leave ActiveCampaign hashed and become scheduled audience segments, so a re-engagement list stays current without a manual export.
    Custom audiences
An automation goal completing, such as finishing an onboarding sequence, fires as a signal the moment it happens.
    Lead generation inbound
Closed-won revenue attaches to the deal record and reaches the ad platform as a valued offline conversion, tied to the campaign that sourced it.

    HOW IT CONNECTS

    From authorization to delivered signal.

    1. Connect

Connect with a scoped ActiveCampaign API key, revocable any time.

    2. Map pipelines

Map deal stages, tags, and automation goals to platform events in the visual mapper.

    3. Hash and consent

Contact identifiers are hashed and consent flags applied before anything leaves ActiveCampaign.

    4. Deliver

Delivery runs on a schedule or by webhook, with per-destination match reporting.

    FAQ

    Active Campaign questions, answered.

Does this work with ActiveCampaign automations, or just the CRM side?

Both. Signals can read deal and pipeline data the same way any CRM connector does, and it can also treat an automation goal or tag application as a trigger. That matters for ActiveCampaign specifically, since a lot of teams run lifecycle logic in automations rather than in the deals pipeline, and the mapper lets you point either source at a platform event.

What happens to identifiers before they leave ActiveCampaign?

Email and phone fields are hashed with SHA-256 at read time, before the record leaves ActiveCampaign's API. Datahash Cloud does not retain raw contact data, and a self-hosted Core deployment is available if hashing needs to happen inside your own perimeter instead of ours.

Can we limit sync to a subset of pipelines or tags?

Yes. The mapper is scoped per pipeline and per tag, so a team running several ActiveCampaign accounts or a mix of sales and support pipelines picks exactly which stages and tags feed which destination. Nothing syncs by default; every mapping is an explicit choice made during setup.
