Google Forms Lead Sync
Google Forms leads, synced to your CRM in real time.
Datahash pulls leads from Google Forms in real time, hashes identifiers, and syncs them into your CRM and ad platforms. Field mapping and duplicate detection run automatically, so the same submission never lands twice.
- ● google.forms_sync :: live
- > response form 1FAIpQ… received
- map form_fields → crm_fields ok
- hash sha256(em,ph) dedupe=passed
- ✓ lead written to crm · 0.6s
WHAT THIS ENABLES
Google Forms Lead Sync
Google Forms Lead Sync is the real-time pipeline that pulls Google Forms submissions into your CRM and ad platforms, hashing identifiers at ingestion and filtering duplicates so no submission lands twice.
- Google Forms leads worked by sales in near real time instead of exported from a spreadsheet.
- The same submission feeding a CRM and ad-platform audiences from one mapping.
- Duplicate submissions caught before they clutter the CRM or double-count a lead.

WHAT FLOWS WHERE
From form to CRM, in real time.
A visitor submits a Google Form, Signals hashes the identifiers and maps the fields at ingestion, then upserts the lead into your CRM and any ad-platform audiences you have connected, filtering duplicates so the same submission never lands twice.

ON THE WIRE
What the platform actually receives.
Identifiers are hashed with SHA-256 at source. The payload the destination sees never contains raw PII.
- ● signals :: inbound lead
- > GET forms/{form_id}/responses new=1
- answers email "b@…" · phone "+9198…" · name
- hash sha256(em,ph) at ingestion · dedupe passed
- route → crm.upsert + audience.sync
- ✓ lead delivered · status=created

Questions your team will ask.
How quickly do Google Forms leads reach my CRM?
Submissions stream in near real time, reaching your CRM and other destinations as soon as the form is submitted. That speed matters most for lead-gen campaigns, where fast follow-up drives qualification rate and a delay of even an hour can cost a warm lead.
Can Google Forms leads go to my CRM and ad platforms at the same time?
Yes. The same submission can be delivered to a CRM connector and to conversion or audience destinations in one flow, each with its own delivery status. Field mapping is configured once per form during onboarding and can be extended to a new destination without touching the original form setup.
Is lead data stored as PII when syncing Google Forms?
No. Identifiers are hashed with SHA-256 at ingestion and no PII is stored on host servers in Datahash Cloud. A self-hosted Core deployment is available if lead data cannot leave your own environment, and the same hashing approach applies to every form submission synced this way.
