    CONNECTIONS / OneDrive

OneDrive + Datahash: library exports become ad signals.

Conversion and CRM exports land in a document library your team already uses inside Microsoft 365, whether that is OneDrive for Business or a SharePoint-adjacent library. Signals watches that location, hashes the identifiers in each file on arrival, and routes matched rows to Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snap, then discards the file.

    WHAT FLOWS THROUGH ONEDRIVE

The signal OneDrive yields, and receives.

Every kind of signal that moves between OneDrive and the platforms, through one hashed, deduplicated route.

What flows Every platform Offline conversions Lead conversions Custom audiences Lead generation Signals hash · dedupe· route Google Meta Snap TikTok LinkedIn OpenAI
    Offline conversions
A file saved into the watched document library is picked up on schedule and parsed, so an export written by a Power Automate flow reaches the platforms without a manual step.
    Lead conversions
The column mapper reads whatever header row that library's export uses, so a document library shared across a Microsoft 365 tenant does not need one fixed file layout.
    Custom audiences
Each file's emails and phone numbers are SHA-256 hashed on read, and the file is deleted immediately after processing, leaving no copy behind in our systems.
    Lead generation inbound
Rejections are reported at the row and destination level in real time, rather than showing up later as an unexplained drop in conversions.

    FAQ

    OneDrive questions, answered.

    Which file formats are supported?

CSV and TSV exports with a header row are standard, and a fixed-width format can be mapped column by column when needed. Signals is pointed at one document library folder and file pattern, parsing each matching file as it arrives, so a scheduled export keeps flowing without any extra setup on your end.

Does this work with SharePoint document libraries too?

Yes. OneDrive for Business and SharePoint document libraries sit on the same Microsoft 365 storage, and Signals connects to either through a scoped, read-only app registration granted access to one specific library. Existing tenant permissions and conditional access policies stay exactly as your admin has configured them.

Is customer PII stored by Datahash?

Datahash does not keep PII on file. SHA-256 hashing happens at the point of ingestion, no PII sits on host servers in Datahash Cloud, and the source file is discarded once the run finishes. Self-hosted Core is available when data must stay inside your perimeter, performing that hashing step in your own environment before anything is delivered.

How often are files picked up?

You control the interval, from a few minutes to a single daily pass, and each file is processed once with row-level results returned afterward. A new file in the watched library starts the next run automatically, so the pace matches whatever schedule your Microsoft 365 export already follows.
