CONNECTIONS / Shopify / Shopify to Reddit CAPI
Shopify orders, delivered to Reddit server-side.
Reddit is still new territory for most performance budgets, which makes every counted sale matter more. Signals sends storefront checkout events server-side to Reddit, deduped against the Pixel, so nothing gets lost to browser tracking limits.

WHAT THIS ENABLES
Shopify to Reddit Conversions API
Shopify to Reddit Conversions API sends checkout and purchase events from the storefront server-side to Reddit, deduped against the Reddit Pixel and enriched with hashed identifiers, so an emerging performance channel gets full credit for the sales it drives.
- Checkout events reaching Reddit even where the browser Pixel is blocked or delayed.
- Hashed identifiers raising match rates beyond what pixel-only tracking supports.
- A full storefront event set feeding Reddit's optimization from day one of the channel.
WHAT FLOWS WHERE
Shopify to Reddit CAPI, mapped.
Signals hashes a Shopify checkout completed event and posts it to Reddit's Conversions API carrying the same identifier the Pixel already assigned, so Reddit retains just one record of the sale.

Do we keep the Reddit Pixel Shopify's channel installed?
Yes. The Reddit Pixel installed through Shopify and the server-side event share the same event identifier, so Reddit keeps only one copy when both arrive rather than counting the checkout twice. We verify the dedupe in Reddit Ads Manager before campaigns depend on the combined feed, so match reporting reflects real orders from day one.
What identifiers improve matching on Reddit specifically?
Hashed email from the Shopify checkout, plus the Reddit click identifier carried from the ad where the storefront session captured one. Every identifier is hashed before it ever leaves Shopify, so raw customer data never reaches Reddit, and match rates improve as more of these identifiers are present on a given order.
