Does this need a formal HubSpot active list, or can it read a static one?
Either works, though an active list is the more common choice because HubSpot keeps its membership current without anyone touching it. A static list still syncs fine, it simply reflects whatever its members were the last time someone updated it manually inside HubSpot, so the audience only moves when that list does.
What refresh cadence does the HubSpot-to-TikTok audience sync run on?
Daily by default, adjustable at onboarding or later. Because refreshes are incremental, moving only members who joined or left since the previous run, an hourly cadence costs barely more than a weekly one, on the HubSpot side and the TikTok side alike.
