The brand
Syarah is Saudi Arabia’s leading online automotive marketplace, running high-volume Google Ads performance campaigns across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The problem
Syarah relied on GA4-based browser tracking to measure Google Ads performance. This created three gaps: cross-device conversions were frequently lost, Smart Bidding lacked the signal quality to distinguish high-intent buyers, and inflated Customer Acquisition Costs came from spend on low-converting audiences, driving significant budget inefficiency across performance campaigns.
What Datahash did
Datahash implemented Google Enhanced Conversions, replacing cookie-dependent browser-side tracking with a direct server-to-server signal so every valuable conversion action was reliably reported back to Google. This let Smart Bidding accurately identify users more likely to convert and allocate budget accordingly, cutting waste on low-value traffic.
Results
In the first full period post-implementation, Syarah cut Cost Per Conversion by 73% and improved Conversion ROAS by 3.6x. Total tracked conversions rose 46% despite a 60% reduction in ad spend. There was also an indirect spillover into App Install campaigns, a 30% increase in installs and a 12% reduction in Cost per Install, even with no direct Enhanced Conversions implementation on those campaigns.
