    The brand

This brand is one of India’s largest pizza delivery and quick-service restaurant chains, running performance marketing campaigns on Meta across its store network.

    The problem

In-store purchases driven by Meta campaigns were invisible to Meta’s ad platform. Without a way to attribute physical store sales back to digital campaigns, Meta’s algorithms were optimizing on incomplete signal, and the true ROAS and business impact of Meta spend were understated.

    What Datahash did

Datahash implemented Meta Offline Conversions API for the brand, with hourly uploads of in-store purchase events including value and currency for value optimization. Hashed email coverage reached 100%, with an event match quality score of 9.76 out of 10, rated Excellent.

    Results

In the first 3 months after go-live, on blended web, app, and offline, purchases grew 77.1%, cost per purchase dropped 26.4%, and Purchase ROAS improved 38.5%, even as spend increased 30.4%. Over the following 12-month period, offline purchases sustained a healthy month-over-month range well beyond the initial launch spike, confirming the gains held rather than fading after go-live.
