    The brand

NiceOne is one of Saudi Arabia’s leading beauty and personal care retailers, selling across a high-traffic website and mobile app to a young, mobile-first customer base where Snap is a primary acquisition channel.

    The problem

NiceOne’s customers move freely between web and app, and each surface leaked signal in its own way. Web events were losing coverage to browser privacy controls, app events to iOS measurement limits, and Snap had no clean way to count a shopper who browsed on one surface and bought on the other exactly once.

    What Datahash did

Datahash implemented Snap Conversions API for both web and app through Signals, with SHA-256 hashed match keys on every event and deduplication handled across the pixel, the SDK, and the server-side stream. One integration covered both surfaces, so Snap received a single, consistent view of every conversion.

    Results

With full web plus app signal flowing into Snap, NiceOne measured ROAS increases of up to 20x. Unified, deduplicated conversion data let the team scale Snap spend across both surfaces with confidence in what each campaign was actually returning.

Up to 20x increases in ROAS.
