The brand
Since 1976, L’Occitane en Provence has imagined, produced, and sold beauty, skincare, and well-being products inspired by nature. With over 50 retail stores and an e-commerce platform across the MENA region, the brand wanted to drive a holistic go-to-market strategy.
The problem
L’Occitane wanted to optimize its latest campaign both online and in stores using the greatest omnichannel data efficiency possible, but lacked visibility into the connection between its digital campaigns and its retail stores.
What Datahash did
Datahash implemented Snapchat’s Conversions API (CAPI) for L’Occitane, a structured, privacy-centric interface that passes web and offline events directly to Snapchat via a server-to-server integration. This gave the brand better control over what data is shared, while helping optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and measure conversions resulting from Snapchat activity.
Results
After implementing CAPI, L’Occitane achieved a 504% surge in omnichannel ROAS year-over-year, while cost per purchase declined by 87%. Combined ROAS across the UAE and KSA markets reached 14.5, up from 2.4 the previous year, a record ROAS within the beauty industry.
