    The brand

HT Labs is the digital products arm of the Hindustan Times group, one of India’s largest media houses, building subscription and audience products on top of high-volume editorial traffic.

    The problem

With third-party cookies fading and browser privacy controls tightening, HT Labs needed its Meta measurement moved server-side before the browser-only setup degraded further. As a media business, it also needed the migration to happen without disrupting live campaigns or pulling engineering away from product work.

    What Datahash did

Datahash implemented Meta Conversions API through Signals, mapping HT Labs’ key conversion events to server-side delivery with SHA-256 hashed identifiers and event_id deduplication against the existing Meta Pixel. The Datahash team handled configuration, validation, and cutover, with support at every step from kickoff to steady state.

    Results

HT Labs is live on Meta CAPI with a server-side measurement foundation built for the post-cookie era. The team described the execution as seamless, with excellent support every step of the way, and campaigns kept running throughout the migration.

Datahash ensured seamless execution while providing excellent support every step of the way.
