Implement Twitter Online Conversions API with Taghash

Twitter Conversions API (CAPI) is a structured, privacy-centric interface that allows you to pass website, application and offline events to Twitter via a Server-to-Server (S2S) integration. This integration helps our systems to optimize your Ad campaigns, and improve the way you target and measure Conversions derived from your Twitter Campaigns.

Follow the steps below to set up Twitter Online CAPI:  

∙ Single Sign-on into the Twitter Ads account

Share access of the Twitter Ads manager to Taghash for final QA checks, inclusive of adding @Datahash1 account with access to the Ad manager role.

The first step of single sign-on can be done if you have Admin access to the Twitter Ads account.

  • Click on Twitter Conversion API in your Taghash Dashboard.
  • Click on Sign in with Twitter.
  • You need to have Admin access to the Twitter Ads account only then can you proceed.
  • Login into your Twitter Ads account.
  • Click on Authorize app.
  • Enter the Twitter Pixel ID.
  • Click on Finish.

Access Sharing

  • Login to your Twitter Ads Manager.
  • Click on Edit Access under the profile drop-down icon available on the top right corner of the screen.
  • Click on Add Access.
  • Under the handle name, enter @Datahash1 as in the image below.
  • Select the appropriate account from the search results in the Ad Manager drop-down menu.
  • Click on Save Changes.
