Option 5: Set up Bitrix24 source for Google Enhanced Conversions for Leads

Description  :

Bitrix24 is a free CRM system with unlimited records that has dozens of CRM tools like client management, pipeline management, CRM scheduling, 360-degree customer view many more great tools in your sales cycle.


Prerequisites:  

  • A Bitrix24 account.
  • A defined field in Bitrix24 for Google Lead ID.

Getting Started:  

  • Go to https://studio.datahash.com/login
  • Enter your credentials to log in
  • Navigate to CRM category under Source list in the left section
  • Click on the “Bitrix24” connector tile
  • Now you need to provide the Bitrix24 URL.

Getting the Bitrix24 URL

  • Go to your Bitrix24 & login to your account .
  • Click on CRM by expanding the Menu section on the top left.
  • Click on Rest API under the Add-ons section.

Case 1: If you have not created a webhook.

  • Click on Import & Export Data.
  • Now go to Import customers.
  • In the request builder add crm.lead.list method. Copy the REST API URL & Click on Save.

Case 2: If you have already created a webhook.

  • Go to the Integrations section.
  • Double click on the ID you want to integrate
  • In the request builder add crm.lead.list method. Copy the REST API URL & Click on Save.
  • Paste the Bitrix24 URL in Datahash studio. Once done, click on Validate Credentials.
  • Choose the data entity as Google Leads.
  • Provide name to the connection.
  • Once done, click on Next.
  • Once done, click on “Test Connection” to proceed.
  • Once done, you can view the latest leads data available in your CRM as per the mapping provided above.
  • You can check for errors if any are shown in the table data itself.
  • Click Finish to complete the setup.  
  •  You can see the connected instance in the dashboard.  

Adding New Instances and Editing Existing Instances:

  • To add another instance or edit the existing one, click on the Edit icon to open the RACS for the Manage connections.

Adding a new instance:

  • Start the same setup as done above by selecting the data entity source type and other required fields.
  • Once done, click on Next.
  • Provide the details information as done above. Once done, click on “Test connection”.
  • Once done, you can view the latest leads data available in your CRM as per the mapping provided above.
  • You can check for errors if any are shown in the table data itself.
  • Click Finish to complete the setup.
  • You can see the newly created instance “Ads connection 2” in the manage existing connection instances table.

Editing an existing connection instance:

  • Click on the connection name in the manage existing instances table to open the setup.
  • Click on the ‘Edit’ icon available at the top right corner to enable the edit mode.
  • Choose the field value/values which you would like to update.
  • Once done, click on the ‘Test connection’.
  • In case you click on ‘cancel’ during the edit flow, and closes the setup, the previous configuration will keep running as it is. The updates are pushed only when you click on the Finish button.
  • Click Finish to complete the setup.
