Introduction
After setting up Meta Conversions API Gateway, you’ll begin a 28-day free trial period. This guide will walk you through the journey from your trial to choosing a paid plan, ensuring uninterrupted service for your Meta CAPI Gateway.
Trial Period Overview
- Duration: 28 days
- Features: Full access to Meta CAPI Gateway
- Notifications: Regular reminders about trial expiry and subscription options
Note: After the trial period ends, signal transmission through Meta CAPI Gateway will cease unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
During Your Trial (With complete Setup including Sub Domain)
After the CAPI Gateway setup is completed, the user sees a timeline banner displaying the number of days remaining in their free trial along with the option of upgrading within the trial period itself.
When the trial period ends, the timeline banner updates to show “Free Trial Expired” and includes a link to upgrade to a paid plan.
If the user clicks on the upgrade link, a pop-up window appears showing the available plan details and which is followed with the overall process of subscription creation.
Once a subscription is active, notification banner from the top is removed.
During Your Trial (With Partial Setup without Subdomain)
In case, the user does not setup the Subdomain, we will send email notifications highlighting the benefits of setting up the same.

Managing Your Meta CAPI Gateway (WIP)
Access advanced management options by clicking “Manage Gateway” on your dashboard. This opens the RACS (Review, Analyze, Configure, Scale) screen with the following functionalities:
- Disable/Delete Meta CAPI Gateway
- View Gateway Signal Reporting
- Manage Your Subscription
- Add New Pixels or Set Up Additional Gateways

- Upgrade before trial expiration to avoid service interruption
