Video Walkthrough

Description

Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) is a highly scalable cloud-based object storage service from AWS. With this integration, LinkedIn Lead Ads data will be delivered directly to your configured S3 bucket, ensuring secure and organized storage for further analysis and processing.

Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure you have:

  • S3 Bucket Name
  • S3 Access Key
  • S3 Secret Key
  • Relative path to data folder (optional – if not provided, files will be stored at the root of the bucket)

Getting Started

  • Log in to Datahash Studio.
  • Navigate to the Files category under Destinations on the right panel.
  • Click the AWS S3 connector tile.

Configure LinkedIn Lead Ads Source

  • Select LinkedIn Lead Ads as the source type.
  • Choose the existing LinkedIn Lead Ads connection name from the Source connector.
  • Configure the connection:
    • Export frequency: Choose from Realtime, 1 hour, 3 hours, or 1 day.
    • Connection name: Provide a name for this setup.
  • Click Next to continue.

Provide AWS S3 Credentials

Enter your AWS S3 details:

  • S3 Bucket Name – Unique identifier of your S3 storage container.
  • Access Key ID – Used to authenticate your access.
  • Secret Access Key – Security key paired with the access key ID.
  • Relative Path – Optional folder path where files will be stored (e.g., /leads/).
  • Click Validate Credentials to confirm the setup.

File Organization

  • A new folder named Datahash will automatically be created in the specified path (or at the root if no path is provided).
  • Inside this folder, another folder will be created using your Lead Ads connection name.
  • Incoming data will be stored in this folder as new files, each named with the connection name and a timestamp.

This ensures all your LinkedIn Lead Ads data remains structured and easy to manage.

Finalize Setup

  • Once the credentials are validated, you will see the file path and file name preview.
  • Click Finish to complete the setup.

Managing Instances

Adding a New Instance
