Description  

HubSpot is an AI-powered customer platform that brings together marketing, sales, customer service, and integrations in one connected ecosystem. By integrating Datahash with HubSpot, you can import LinkedIn Lead Ads data directly into your CRM. This enables you to gain a more complete customer view, streamline lead management, and drive better engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Prerequisites  

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A HubSpot account
  • A defined field in HubSpot CRM to capture the LinkedIn Lead ID

Getting Started  

  • Go to https://studio.datahash.com/login.
  • Enter your credentials to log in.
  • In the right section, navigate to the CRM category under the Destinations list.
  • Click on the HubSpot connector tile.

 Before starting: Ensure your HubSpot account has a defined field in the CRM module you want to integrate to capture the LinkedIn Lead ID.



Connecting to HubSpot  

  • Click Sign in with HubSpot to begin the authentication flow.
  • Choose the HubSpot account you want to integrate with Datahash.
  • Select LinkedIn Lead Ads as the source type.
  • Select the connection name you want to integrate (the same one connected in your LinkedIn Ads Source connector).
  • Provide a name for the connection.
  • Select the HubSpot module where you want to push your leads data.
  • Click Next to continue


Field Mapping  

Field Mapping is a critical step. You must map LinkedIn Lead Form fields to the respective HubSpot schema fields.

  • Ensure mappings are accurate to avoid issues.
  • The LinkedIn Lead ID field is mandatory and must be mapped.
  • Map any other mandatory CRM fields (marked with an asterisk).
  • You can map as many fields as required.

Once mapping is complete, click Test Connection.

Completing the Setup  

  • After the connection is verified, click Finish.
  • The connected instance will now appear in your Datahash dashboard.

Managing Instances  

  • You can add new instances or edit existing ones through the Manage Connections section.

Adding a New Instance  

  • Start a new setup by selecting the LinkedIn Lead Ads source type and other required fields.
  • Provide field mappings between the lead form and CRM fields, ensuring all required fields are included.
  • Click Test Connection, then Finish.
  • The new instance (e.g., Ads Connection 2) will appear in the Manage Connections table.

Editing an Existing Instance  

  • In the Manage Connections table, click the connection name to open the setup.
  • Click the Edit icon (top right) to enable edit mode.
  • Update the desired field values.
  • Click Test Connection, then Finish to save updates.

If you click Cancel during the edit flow, the previous configuration remains unchanged. Updates are only applied when you click Finish.
