Description
With this integration, LinkedIn Lead Ads submissions can be delivered directly to your WhatsApp number. This enables instant lead notifications, ensuring you can respond quickly and improve conversion rates.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have:
- A valid WhatsApp phone number (with country code).
- An active LinkedIn Lead Ads source connection in Datahash.
Getting Started
- Log in to Datahash Studio.
- Navigate to the Meta category under Destinations on the right panel.
- Click the WhatsApp connector tile.
Configure LinkedIn Lead Ads Source
- Select LinkedIn Lead Ads as the source type.
- Choose the LinkedIn Lead Ads connection name already configured in the Source connector.
- Enter the WhatsApp number where you want to receive the leads.
- Provide a name for this connection.
- Click Test Connection – you should receive a WhatsApp message within a few minutes on the provided number.
- Once confirmed, click Finish to complete the setup.
- Your WhatsApp destination will now be visible on the dashboard.
Managing Instances
Adding a New Instance
- Repeat the setup steps (select LinkedIn Lead Ads source, enter WhatsApp number, provide connection name).
- Click Test Connection to confirm delivery.
- Click Finish to complete the setup.
- The new instance (e.g., Ads connection 2) will appear in the Manage Connections table.
Editing an Existing Instance
- From the dashboard, click the connection name in the Manage Connections table.
- Click the Edit icon (top right corner) to enable edit mode.
- Update the required fields (e.g., WhatsApp number or connection name).
- Click Test Connection – you’ll receive a WhatsApp message to confirm updates.
- If you click Cancel, the previous configuration remains active. Updates are applied only when you click Finish.
- Click Finish to save changes.
