Option 3: Set up HubSpot CRM as Data Destination for Google Forms

Description  :

HubSpot is an AI-powered customer platform that provides marketing, sales, and customer service tools in a single connected ecosystem. By integrating Datahash with HubSpot, you can automatically push lead data collected from Google Forms into HubSpot. This helps unify your data, streamline lead management, and improve engagement across your customer lifecycle.

Prerequisites:  

A valid HubSpot account

Getting Started:  

  • Log in to Datahash Studio.
  • Navigate to the CRM category under Destinations.
  • Click on the HubSpot connector tile.

Authentication with HubSpot  

  • Click Sign in with HubSpot to begin the authentication flow.
  • Select the HubSpot account you want to integrate with Datahash.

Configure the Connection  

  • Select Google Forms as the source type..
  • Choose the connection name you want to integrate (must match the Google Forms Source you already connected).
  • Provide a name for this HubSpot connection instance.
  • Select the HubSpot module (e.g., Contacts, Deals) where you want the lead data to be pushed.
  • Click Next.

Field Mapping  

  • Map the Google Form fields with the corresponding HubSpot schema fields.
  • You can map as many fields as required.
  • Ensure all mandatory fields (such as Email or First Name, based on your HubSpot module) are mapped correctly to avoid errors.
  • Once done, click Test Connection.

Test and Finish  

  • A test lead will be pushed to verify the setup.
  • Once successful, click Finish.
  • The connected instance will now appear in your dashboard.

Managing Instances  

Adding a New Instance  

  • Follow the same steps as above (select source, account, and module; provide name).
  • Map the form fields to HubSpot fields.
  • Click Test Connection.
  • Once verified, click Finish.
  • The new instance (e.g., Ads connection 2) will appear in the Manage Existing Connections table.

Editing an Existing Instance  

  • In the dashboard, click the connection name in the Manage Connections table.
  • Click the Edit icon (top-right corner) to enable edit mode.
  • Update any field mappings or module selections as needed.
  • Click Test Connection to verify changes.
    • If you click Cancel, the previous configuration remains active.
    • Updates are only applied once you click Finish.
  • Click Finish to save changes.
