Description :
LeadSquared is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to help businesses sell, service, analyze, and connect with their customers.
By integrating Datahash with LeadSquared, you can seamlessly import leads, audience, or events data from Google Forms into your CRM. This enables you to merge form data with behavioral data from other sources, gain a 360° customer view, and engage users effectively across their sales journey.
Prerequisites:
- A valid LeadSquared account
- Access Key and Secret Key for the LeadSquared account
- The account must have API access permissions (Admin profiles have default access).
Getting Started:
- Log in to Datahash Studio.
- Navigate to the CRM category under Destinations.
- Click on the LeadSquared connector tile.
Authentication with LeadSquared
- You will need your Access Key and Secret Key from LeadSquared.
How to get the Access & Secret Key:
- Log in to LeadSquared.
- Click on your Profile (top-right corner) → Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, go to API & Webhooks → API Access Keys.
- Click Show Secret Key.
- Copy the Access Key and Secret Key.
- Paste the keys in Datahash Studio and click Next.
Configure the Connection
- Select Google Forms as the source type.
- Choose the connection name you want to integrate (must match the Google Forms Source you created earlier).
- Provide a name for this LeadSquared connection instance.
- Click Next.
- Map Google Form fields with the corresponding LeadSquared schema fields.
- At least one of the following fields is mandatory for a valid setup:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone
- Mobile
- Ensure all critical form fields are correctly mapped to avoid sync failures.
Test and Finish
- Click Test Connection to validate the setup by sending a sample record.
- Once successful, click Finish.
- The connected instance will now appear in your dashboard.
Managing Instances
Adding a New Instance
- Repeat the setup steps (select source, connection name, map fields).
- Click Test Connection to validate.
- Click Finish.
- The new instance (e.g., Ads connection 2) will appear in the Manage Connections table.
Editing an Existing Instance
- In the dashboard, click the connection name in the Manage Connections table.
- Click the Edit icon (top-right) to enable edit mode.
- Update field mappings or values as required.
- Click Test Connection to verify changes.
- If you click Cancel, the old configuration remains active.
- Updates are only applied when you click Finish.
- Click Finish to save the updated setup.
