Step 2: Set up Google Offline Conversions API (CAPI) data destination

Description:

Google Offline Conversions API enables businesses to securely send offline conversion data—such as in-person meetings, phone calls, CRM updates, or other offline actions—directly to Google. By linking this offline data with LinkedIn ad campaigns, advertisers gain deeper insights into how their campaigns drive real-world business outcomes. This API enhances campaign measurement, improves attribution accuracy, and enables better optimization of ad spend, while prioritizing data privacy and security through a server-to-server integration.

Pre-Requisites:
  • Google Ads account
  • A website/Marketing Data System
  • Server-side API permission
Getting started:
  • Log in to your Datahash account on https://studio.datahash.com/login

  • Click on the “Offline Conversions” connector tile
  • Click on Sign in with Google to initiate the authentication.
  • Choose the account which you want to set up as destination.

    • Customer ID: ID of your Google Ads Account.
  • Once done, provide the name for the connection..

You can add more events using the plus icon available.
