Description

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) offers cloud services including storage, analytics, and machine learning. With this setup, Datahash will export TikTok Lead Ads data as files to your GCP bucket.

Prerequisites

Before starting, ensure you have:

  • GCP Bucket Name
  • GCP JSON Key (service account with write permissions)
  • Relative Path where the file should be stored

Setup Instructions

1 – Log in to Datahash

2 – Open the File GCP Connector

  • Navigate to Destinations → Files in the right-hand panel
  • Click the File GCP connector tile

3 – Select TikTok Lead Ads Source

    • Realtime
    • Every 1 hour
    • Every 3 hours
    • Every 1 day
  • Provide a name for the connection
  • Click Next

4 – Provide GCP Credentials

  • GCP Bucket Name – Name of your storage bucket
  • GCP JSON Key – Service account JSON key with appropriate permissions
  • Relative Path – Folder path inside the bucket where files should be stored
  • Click Validate Credentials

Step 5 – Folder & File Structure

  • Datahash will create a ‘Datahash’ folder inside your provided path (or at the root if no path is given)
  • Inside it, a subfolder with your connection name will be created
  • New data files will be stored here, named with your file name and a timestamp

6 – Finish Setup

  1. Once credentials are validated, you will see the file path and name
  2. Click Finish
  • The new connection will appear in the Dashboard

Managing Connections

Add a New Instance

  • Repeat the setup with different settings (e.g., frequency, file path)
  • Once done, click ‘Next’ to proceed.
  •  Provide the GCP file access credentials.
  • Validate credentials
  • Click Finish

Click Finish to complete the setup.

  • The new instance (e.g., Ads connection 2) will appear in Manage Existing Connections
