Description
MS Dynamics is a suite of intelligent business applications that helps businesses enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver superior customer experiences. By integrating TikTok Lead Ads with MS Dynamics, you can sync leads directly into your CRM for seamless follow-up and nurturing.
Prerequisites
Before starting the setup, ensure you have:
- An MS Dynamics account
- Dynamics Domain Name
- Web API Endpoint
- Application Client ID
- Tenant ID
- Client Secret
- A defined field in MS Dynamics CRM to capture the TikTok Lead ID
Getting Started
- Log in to Datahash
- Go to Datahash Studio
- Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.
- Go to Datahash Studio
- Navigate to Destination Setup
- On the right-side navigation, go to Destinations → CRM category.
- Click on the “MS Dynamics” connector tile.
- On the right-side navigation, go to Destinations → CRM category.
Step 1: Authentication Setup
- Choose the type of authentication.
- Provide the following details:
- Dynamics Domain Name → Found in the address bar after logging into MS Dynamics.
- Web API Endpoint → Available in Microsoft Power Apps → Settings → Developer Resources.
- Application Client ID → Unique identifier from Azure Active Directory (AAD) app registration.
- Client Secret → Secret key generated during AAD app registration.
- Tenant ID → Directory ID from Azure Active Directory.
- Dynamics Domain Name → Found in the address bar after logging into MS Dynamics.
- Click Validate Credentials to confirm successful authentication.
Step 2: Select Source & Connection
- Select TikTok Lead Ads as the source type.
- Choose the TikTok Lead Ads source connection already created in Datahash.
- Provide a name for this connection (e.g., “TikTok Leads → MS Dynamics”).
Step 3: Field Mapping
- Map TikTok Lead form fields to MS Dynamics CRM fields.
- Mandatory: Map the TikTok Lead ID to the corresponding Dynamics field.
- Ensure all other mandatory CRM fields (marked with an asterisk) are mapped.
- Map additional lead fields as required (e.g., name, email, phone, custom questions).
Once mapping is done:
- Click Test Connection to verify data flow.
- If successful, click Finish to complete the setup.
Step 4: Managing Instances
Adding a New Instance
- Go to Manage Connections → Add Instance.
- Repeat the setup flow (select TikTok source, provide connection name, field mapping).
- Test the connection → Finish setup.
- The new instance will appear in the manage connection table (e.g., “Ads Connection 2”).
Editing an Existing Instance
- Open the Manage Existing Instances table.
- Click the connection name you want to edit.
- Click the Edit icon (top-right) to enable edit mode.
- Update field mappings or credentials as required.
- Test connection → Finish setup to save changes.
If you click Cancel during edit, the previous configuration will remain unchanged. Updates apply only after clicking Finish.
Once setup is completed, the MS Dynamics connector status will show as Connected in the Datahash dashboard, and TikTok leads will begin syncing automatically.
