Description
Bitrix24 is a CRM platform with unlimited records, offering client management, pipeline tracking, scheduling, 360° customer view, and other tools to manage your sales cycle. Integrating Datahash with Bitrix24 allows you to push TikTok Lead Ads data directly into your CRM, giving you a unified customer record for better engagement and automation.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have:
- Active Bitrix24 Account
- Defined field in Bitrix24 to capture TikTok Lead ID
Setup Instructions
Step 1 – Log in to Datahash
- Go to Datahash Studio
- Enter your credentials to access the dashboard
2 – Open Bitrix24 Connector
- Navigate to Destinations → CRM
- Click on the Bitrix24 connector tile
- Now you need to provide the Bitrix24 URL.
From your Bitrix24 account:
- Log in to your Bitrix24 account
- Go to Menu → CRM
- Scroll to Add-ons → REST API
.
Case 1: No webhook created
Click Import & Export Data
- Go to Import Customers
- In Request Builder, add crm.lead.list method
- Copy the REST API URL and click Save
Case 2: Webhook already exists
- Go to Integrations
- Double-click the integration ID you want to use
- In Request Builder, add crm.lead.list method
- Copy the REST API URL and click Save
4 – Enter URL in Datahash
- Paste the copied Bitrix24 REST API URL into Datahash Studio
- Click Next
5 – Select Data Source
- Choose TikTok Lead Ads as the source type.
- Select the connection name from your existing TikTok Lead Ads Source setup
- Provide a name for this destination connection
- Click Next
6 – Field Mapping
- Map TikTok Lead form fields to Bitrix24 schema fields
- TikTok Lead ID mapping is mandatory
- Map all other required Bitrix24 fields (marked with *)
- Optionally map additional fields for richer data sync
- Click Test Connection to validate
7 – Complete Setup
- Once the test passes, click Finish
- Your Bitrix24 destination connection will appear in the Dashboard
Managing Connections
Adding a New Instance
- Repeat the setup process above
- Give the new instance a unique name
- Map required fields and test the connection
- Click Finish
- You can see the newly created instance ( eg: “Ads connection 2”) in the manage existing connection
Editing an Existing Instance
- Go to Manage Existing Connections
- Click the connection name to open setup
- Click the Edit icon (top-right)
- Update URL, mapping, or settings as needed
- Click Test Connection to confirm changes
- Click Finish to apply updates
- (If you cancel before finishing, existing settings remain active)
