Option 2: Set up LeadSquared CRM as Data Destination for TikTok Lead Ads

Description  

LeadSquared is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to help businesses sell, service, analyze, and connect with their customers.

By integrating Datahash with LeadSquared, you can automatically push TikTok Lead Ads data into your CRM. This enables you to merge ad leads with rich behavioral data from other sources, gain a 360° customer view, and trigger engagement workflows based on lead status.


Prerequisites  

Before starting, ensure you have:

  • Active LeadSquared Account
  • Access Key and Secret Key for your LeadSquared account
    • (Account must have permission to access Leads and API; admin profiles do not require explicit permission checks)
  • Defined field in LeadSquared to capture the TikTok Lead ID

Setup Instructions  

Step 1 – Log in to Datahash  


Step 2 – Open LeadSquared Connector  

  • Navigate to Destinations → CRM
  • Click on the LeadSquared connector tile
  • In Order to connect to your LeadSquared account You will require the LeadSquared access key & secret key.

3 – Get Access & Secret Keys from LeadSquared  

  • Log in to your LeadSquared account
  • Click on your Profile icon → Settings
  • In the left menu, go to API and Webhooks → API Access Keys
  • Click Show Secret Key
  • Copy the Access Key and Secret Key

4 – Authenticate in Datahash  

  • Paste the Access Key and Secret Key into Datahash
  • Click Next

 Step 5 – Select Data Source  

  • Choose TikTok Lead Ads as the source type
  • Select the connection name from your existing TikTok Lead Ads Source setup
  • Provide a name for this destination connection
  • Click Next


6 – Field Mapping  

  • Map TikTok Lead form fields to the respective LeadSquared schema fields
  • At least one of these must be mapped: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone, Mobile
  • TikTok Lead ID mapping is mandatory
  • Map all other mandatory LeadSquared fields (marked with *)
  • Optional: Map additional fields for richer data sync
  • Click Test Connection to validate

7 – Complete Setup  

  • Once the test passes, click Finish
  • Your new LeadSquared destination connection will now appear in the Dashboard

Managing Connections  

Adding a New Instance  

  • Repeat the same setup process as above
  • Provide a unique name for the new instance
  • Map all required fields and test the connection
  • Click Test and Finish to save
  • You can see the newly created instance( ex:  “Ads connection 2” ) in the manage existing connection instances table.

Editing an Existing Instance  

  • Go to Manage Existing Connections
  • Click the connection name to open setup
  • Click the Edit icon (top-right)
  • Modify authentication details, module selection, or field mapping as needed
  • Click Test Connection to confirm changes
  • Click Finish to apply

(If you cancel before finishing, existing settings remain active)
