Description
Bitrix24 is a free CRM platform with unlimited records and a wide range of tools such as client management, pipeline management, CRM scheduling, and 360-degree customer view.
Integrating Datahash with Bitrix24 allows you to send Snapchat Lead Generation Ads data directly into your CRM, merge it with existing customer records, and manage sales workflows more efficiently.
Prerequisites
- A Bitrix24 account
- A defined field in Bitrix24 CRM to capture Snapchat Lead ID
Setup Instructions
Step 1 – Log in to Datahash
- Go to Datahash Studio
- Enter your credentials to log in
Step 2 – Open Bitrix24 Connector
- Under Destinations → CRM, click the Bitrix24 connector tile
- Now you need to provide the Bitrix24 URL
3 – Get Your Bitrix24 URL
- Log in to your Bitrix24 account
- From the Menu (top left), click CRM
- Under Add-ons, click Rest API
.
- Case 1 – No Webhook Created
- Click Import & Export Data → Import Customers
- Click Import & Export Data → Import Customers
- In the Request Builder, add the method:
- crm.lead.list
- Copy the REST API URL and click Save
- Case 2 – Webhook Already Exists
- Go to Integrations
- Go to Integrations
- Open the webhook ID you want to use
- In the Request Builder, add:
- crm.lead.list
- Copy the REST API URL and click Save
- Paste the Bitrix24 URL into Datahash Studio and click Next
- Select Snapchat Lead Generation Ads as the source type.
- Choose the connection name created during Snapchat Source setup
- Provide a name for this connection
- Click Next
5 – Field Mapping
- Map Snapchat Lead Form fields to Bitrix24 Schema fields
- Ensure Snapchat Lead ID is mapped (mandatory)
- Map all other CRM-required fields (marked with *)
- Click Test Connection to send a sample lead into Bitrix24
6 – Finish Setup
- Once the test passes, click Finish
- The connection will now appear in the Dashboard.
Managing Connections
Add a New Instance
- Repeat the above steps for additional Snapchat lead forms or ad accounts
- Map fields and Test Connection
- Click Finish — the new instance will appear in the Manage Existing Connections table
Edit an Existing Instance
- Click the connection name in Manage Existing Connections
- Update any required fields or mapping
- Click Test Connection
- Click Finish to save changes
(If you cancel before finishing, the old configuration remains active)
