Description
LeadSquared is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that helps businesses sell, service, analyze, and connect with customers.
Integrating Datahash with LeadSquared allows you to push Snapchat Lead Generation Ads data directly into your CRM, merge it with behavioral and transactional data, and engage customers across multiple channels based on their stage in the sales cycle.
Prerequisites
- A LeadSquared account
- Access Key and Secret Key for the LeadSquared account with permissions to access Leads and APIs
(Administrator profile does not require explicit permissions) - A defined field in LeadSquared Leads module to capture Snapchat Lead ID
Setup Instructions
1 Log in to Datahash
- Go to Datahash Studio
- Enter your credentials to log in
2 Open LeadSquared Connector
- Under Destinations → CRM, click the LeadSquared connector tile
- In Order to connect to your LeadSquared account you will require the LeadSquared access key & secret key.
3. Retrieve Access Key & Secret Key
- Log in to LeadSquared
- Click your Profile (top-right corner) → Settings
- On the left menu, navigate to API and Webhooks → API Access Keys
- Click Show Secret Key
- Copy both the Access Key and Secret Key
4 – Authenticate LeadSquared in Datahash
- Paste the Access Key and Secret Key into Datahash
- Click Next
5 – Select Source & Destination
- Select Snapchat Lead Generation Ads as the source type
- Choose the connection name created during the Snapchat Source setup
- Provide a name for the LeadSquared destination connection
- Click Next
6 – Field Mapping
- Map Snapchat Lead Form fields to LeadSquared Schema fields
- Ensure at least one of the following is mapped: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone, or Mobile (required by LeadSquared)
- Map Snapchat Lead ID (mandatory)
- Map all other CRM-required fields (marked with *)
- Click Test Connection to send a sample lead to LeadSquared
7 – Finish Setup
- Once the test passes, click Finish
- The connection will now appear in the Dashboard
- The connection will now appear in the Dashboard
Add a New Instance
- Click on edit icon in Manage Connections
- Repeat the above steps for additional ad accounts/forms
- Map fields and Test Connection
- Click Finish — the new instance will appear in the Manage Existing Connections table
Edit an Existing Instance
- Click the connection name in Manage Existing Connections
- Click the Edit icon (top-right)
- Update any required fields or mapping
- Click Test Connection
- Click Finish to save changes
(If you cancel before finishing, the old configuration remains active)
