Video Walkthrough

Description

This setup allows you to automatically send leads captured from Snapchat Lead Generation Ads to a Google Sheets file in your Google Drive. The data will be appended in real time or at regular intervals, ensuring that all your leads are organized and easy to access.

Prerequisites

  • An active Google account with access to Google Drive.
  • An active Snapchat Lead Generation Ads source connection in Datahash.

Setup Instructions

1 – Log in to Datahash

Step 2 – Open Google Sheets Connector

  • Under Destinations → Files, click the Google Sheets connector tile
  • Sign in with your Google account that you want to integrate
  • Grant the required permissions to Datahash so it can create and update spreadsheets

3 – Select Source & Configure Sheet

  • Select Snapchat Lead Generation Ads as the source type
  • Choose the connection name from your existing Snapchat Lead Generation Ads Source setup
  • Enter a Spreadsheet Name
  • Select the Google Drive folder where the file will be stored (or leave blank to create it in the main Drive)

4 – Validate & Complete Setup

  • Click Validate Credentials to confirm access
  • During setup:
    • A Datahash folder will be created in the chosen location (or in main Drive if none is selected)
    • Inside it, a subfolder named after your Lead Ads connection will be created
    • Your spreadsheet will be stored there and updated automatically with new leads
  • Once validated, click Finish
  • You will receive the Google Drive location link for the file
  • The connection will now appear in your Dashboard

Managing Connections

Add a New Instance

  • Repeat the above setup steps for different lead forms or ad accounts
  • Test and finish setup
  • The new instance will appear in Manage Existing Connections

Edit an Existing Instance

  • Click the connection name in Manage Existing Connections
  • Click the Edit icon (top-right)
  • Update spreadsheet name, folder location, or source connection
  • Validate credentials again
  • Click Finish to save changes
(If you cancel before finishing, the old configuration remains active)
