Description
This setup allows you to automatically send leads generated from Snapchat Lead Generation Ads directly to a specified WhatsApp number via the Datahash platform.
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Log in to Datahash
- Go to https://studio.datahash.com/login
- Enter your credentials to log in
2. Select WhatsApp Connector
- In the right-hand panel, navigate to Destinations → Meta category
- Click the “WhatsApp” connector tile
3. Choose Snapchat Lead Generation Ads Source
- Select Snapchat Lead Generation Ads as the source type
- Choose the existing connection name you set up earlier in the Snapchat Lead Ads Source
- Enter the WhatsApp number where you want leads to be sent
- Provide a name for this connection
4. Test Connection
- Click Test Connection
- Within a few minutes, you should receive a WhatsApp message on the provided number
5. Finish Setup
- If the test is successful, click Finish
- The connected instance will appear in your Dashboard
Managing Connections
Add a New Instance
- Repeat the setup steps above for a different WhatsApp number or Snapchat connection
- Test connection and click Finish
- The new instance will appear (e.g., Ads connection 2) in the connections table
Edit an Existing Instance
- From the Manage Existing Connections table, click the connection name.
- Click the Edit icon (top-right) to enable editing
- Update the WhatsApp number or other details
- Click Test Connection and wait for confirmation message on WhatsApp
- Click Finish to apply changes
(Cancel keeps the existing setup active without changes)
