Option 12: Set up MS Excel as Data Destination for Meta Lead Ads

Description  

The Microsoft Excel connector in Datahash enables you to automatically receive Meta Lead Ads submissions in an Excel file stored in your OneDrive. The file updates automatically, ensuring your lead data is organized and accessible for analysis or follow-up.

Prerequisites  

Microsoft Account (with OneDrive access)

Setup Instructions  

1. Login to Datahash
   • Go to Datahash Studio
   • Enter your credentials
2. Select Microsoft Excel as Destination
   • Navigate to Files category under Destinations
   • Click on the Microsoft Excel connector tile

3. Sign in with Microsoft

• Sign in with your Microsoft account

• Grant the requested permissions

4. Select Source

• Choose Meta Lead Ads as the source type

• Select the connection name from your existing Meta Lead Ads Source
• Provide a name for this connection

6. Folder Structure

• A new folder named Datahash will be created in the selected location (or root if no location is chosen)
• Inside this folder, a subfolder will be created using your lead ads connection name
• The Excel file will be stored there, and new lead data will be appended automatically

7. Complete Setup

• Once the connection is verified, click Finish
• The connection will appear in your dashboard

Managing Instances  

Add a New Instance  

• Click the Edit icon in Manage Connections

• Repeat the setup process with a different spreadsheet name or folder
• Click Validate Credentials
• Click Finish

Edit an Existing Instance  

• Click the connection name in Manage Existing Connections
• Click Edit (top right)
• Update any field values (e.g., spreadsheet name, folder)
• Click Validate Credentials to confirm changes

Click Finish
 (If Cancel is clicked, existing settings remain unchanged)
