Option 10: Set up WhatsApp as Data Destination for Meta Lead Ads

Description  

The WhatsApp connector in Datahash allows you to receive your Meta Lead Ads submissions instantly via WhatsApp messages. This enables quick follow-ups with leads and faster response times.

Prerequisites  

Before starting, ensure you have:

• A WhatsApp number (active and able to receive messages)

Setup Instructions  

1. Login to Datahash
   • Go to Datahash Studio
   • Enter your credentials
2. Select WhatsApp as Destination
   • Navigate to Meta category under Destinations
   • Click on the WhatsApp connector tile

3. Select Source

• Choose Meta Lead Ads as the source type

• Select the connection name from your existing Meta Lead Ads Source
• Provide a name for this connection

4. Enter WhatsApp Number

• Enter the WhatsApp number where you want to receive the leads

5 Test Connection

• Click Test Connection
• You should receive a WhatsApp message within a few minutes on the provided number

6. Complete Setup

• Click Finish
• The connection will appear in your dashboard

Managing Instances  

Add a New Instance  

• Click Edit icon in Manage Connections

• Click Edit icon in Manage Connections

• Repeat the setup process with a different WhatsApp number or connection name
• Click Test Connection and verify message receipt
• Click Finish
• The new instance will appear in the Manage Existing Connections table

Edit an Existing Instance  

Click the connection name in Manage Existing Connections

• Click Edit (top right)

• Update any field values (e.g., WhatsApp number)
• Click Test Connection to verify updates
  

Click Finish
 (If Cancel is clicked, existing settings remain unchanged)
